Our Rooms

We offer our guests three light, airy, modern bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits, flatscreen digital television/DVD and internet access.

All rooms have a fire/smoke detection system and emergency lighting to illuminates the staircase. We aim to make you feel at home and so of course you have access to your room, the conservatory and garden at any time.

 

East Hills Room

This luxurious room, with superking, twin or family accommodation, looks over to the creeks, saltmarsh, Wells’ famous East Hills and the sea beyond. Early risers will see the glow of dawn in the distance. The south window looks over our large private garden and the countryside. The modern en-suite bathroom comprises a large shower cubical, Villeroy Bosch wash basin and toilet with soft close seating, shaver socket, quality lighting and mist free mirror.

 

Saltmarsh Room

This spacious room provides kingsize or twin accommodation. It looks over to the creeks, saltmarsh and sea beyond with a view of the glow of dawn in the early morning. The modern en-suite bathroom comprises a large shower cubical, Villeroy Bosch wash basin and toilet with soft close seating, shaver socket, quality lighting and mist free mirror. It is naturally lit with a second view to the marshes and sea.

Garden Room

This sunny room provides kingsize or twin accommodation, magnificent views of the garden and countryside. Incorporated within this suite is a spacious bathroom comprising a bath, shower, shaver socket and plenty of natural light.
