* The deposit is returnable if the booking is cancelled before one month from the date of the stay. Cancellation before 3 weeks is charged at 25% of the booking cost, cancellation before 2 weeks is charged at 50% of the booking cost and cancellation before 1 week is charged at 75% of the booking cost- cancellation with less than one week before the booking is charged at 100% of the booking cost. We will use our discretion and reduce / amend such charges if a room is re-sold.
