* The deposit is returnable if the booking is cancelled before one month from the date of the stay. Cancellation before 3 weeks is charged at 25% of the deposit, cancellation before 2 weeks is charged at 50% of the deposit and cancellation before 1 week is charged at 75% of the deposit - cancellation with less than one week before the booking is charged at 100% of the deposit
