Cheryl and Bob welcome you to Armeria, a large detached house located between the saltmarsh and open countryside in the delightful North Norfolk coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea.

Armeria is a fantastic base from which to explore our bustling seaside town with its quaint shopping street and busy quayside. It lies within an area of outstanding natural beauty with pinewoods, a long golden beach and miles of saltmarsh - an ideal spot for artists.
Watch the day’s catch being landed, walk the coastal path and visit the world famous bird reserves, cycle the country tracks starting beside our home or dabble in the creeksas they meander through the saltmarshes.
 
Tourist attractions very close by include travel by steam train to Walsingham and its shrine, visit Holkham Hall, Whin Hill Cider works, The Real Ale Shop, The Albatross  and Big Blue Sky which sells only Norfolk produce and is within a stone’s throw of Armeria.
Wells and its neighbouring villages offer an excellent range of hostelries and very good restaurants specialising in local fare like crabs, samphire, mussels, lobster and Mrs Temple’s Cheeses.
